THE PASTORAL GUIDANCE TEAM

At St Albans Girls’ our focus is not just on the academic; our philosophy is the education and well being of the whole child.

The pastoral guidance team is made up of non-teaching professionals in behaviour and education, providing the vital time necessary to address the needs of students quickly and thoroughly. As well as working with individuals, the team works with small groups, whole forms and whole year groups. Proactive projects on emotional intelligence, resilience, relationships and self esteem are organised to complement academic study.
