Founded in 1920, St Albans Girls' School is a comprehensive community school for girls aged 11 - 18. The average number of girls on roll is 1150, of whom about 260 are in the sixth form.

At STAGS, we have long enjoyed a happy and successful tradition of achievement, providing girls with a solid education from which many go on to universities, and other forms of higher education, employment with training.
